My 3.5 year old male lab doesn’t respect me or my space. How can I change our relationship so that he understands his place. I have read and tried just about all the advice out there including ‘social isolation’ and I just don’t know where I’m going wrong.
As a puppy he was just like LULU the poodle LA wrote in about. He constantly gets in my way and wants to rub his face on me all the time. If he were not kenneled at night, he would jump on the bed and literally walk all over me when he thinks it’s time to get up.

I have two English cocker spaniels they are 3 & 5. The 5 year old has started to eat everything he can get close to on the sidewalk, leaves, twigs, grass, pine cones etc. Now the 3 year old has started to do it occasionally. How can I get them to stop. I’ve started to practice “leave it” in the house. But how can I get them to stop while they are still learning “leave it” ?

My 4-month old standard poodle Lulu jumps on me and nips me constantly when we’re walking. I’ve tried turning my back and ignoring her, then praising her when she stops; I’ve tried teaching her ‘down’; I’ve tried ‘no’; nothing has worked. I know she’s playing but it’s not playful to me — she’s big and only getting bigger, and her claws are sharp! Thanks in advance for your help!

I’m working with my dog to make her feel more comfortable on the leash. She no longer lunges and barks at dogs when we walk by but if there is a dog off the leash while she’s on hers and it comes up to her face, she reacts (because she’s scared and can’t flee or avoid like usual) by lunging and warning as if she’s going to bite (but doesn’t). I try to avoid those situations until she’s more trained, but is there anything I can do in an emergency situation like that if there’s no where to go? Like if we’re in a stairwell or crowded area?

Thank you for all the helpful videos!
My dog barks and tries to attack bikers, how can I help her to understand they are not prey? It doen’t matter if I ask her to sit or down, she’ll jump!

Why does my dog tend to get wild after he eats his supper
